Our meditation cushion ( Zafu ) is hand made and stuffed with millet hull's which are perfect for meditation or for individuals that experience chronic to acute lowerback pain. The Zafu provides support by molding to the shape of your lower body and supporting your hips and properly aligning your spine. The Zafu is comfortable enough that you feel as though you are sitting on top of a sand bag.
Includes a bag for carrying and for protection when using outside.
